Protoria specializes in product market introduction, establishing both online and offline stores, providing operational support, and developing mono-brand networks. Protoria introduced the concept of Samsung Experience Store in Ukraine and operates Samsung mono-brand retail stores nationwide. The company has opened and operates over 60 retail locations.

Objective:

The existing online store, unable to meet growing stakeholder demands, reached its end of life. Monosoft had to build the new system from scratch, making it highly adaptive to accommodate these evolving business needs, presenting several unique development challenges.
