Objective:
The existing online store, unable to meet growing stakeholder demands, reached its end of life. Monosoft had to build the new system from scratch, making it highly adaptive to accommodate these evolving business needs, presenting several unique development challenges.

- As the platform is detrimental to the client’s sales activities, it needed to integrate diverse requirements from marketing, sales, logistics, warehouses, and finance stakeholders into one system.
- Building a system that supports extensive customization for Samsung’s vast product range, including dynamic product characteristic management and accessory linking.
- Implementing a sophisticated order management system, adaptable to business evolution, with detailed tracking, flexible status system, and customizable reporting features.
- Merging multitude of third-party systems and APIs, including payment gateways, delivery services, inventory management, and financing options, into a unified backend infrastructure.
